Well you all had a chance to see new look Google “launched” the other day and honestly I am not quite sure why this new design is not available as yet. There are some other things very interesting. You probably already heard that Soul singer Teddy Pendergrass died today (my prayers goes to his family), let’s see how the “new” Google lists the information about Pendergrass’s death.
First I started with a simple search: Teddy Pendergrass and this is what comes up:
Google decided to post several music tracks from Teddy Pendegrass albums, just after the news section and you guessed it, Wikipedia.
Immediately after Teddy’s music albums, Google is displaying all recent Twitter updates. I really like all this new features from Google, my favorite part is the latest results. Now here comes the fun part. In most situations Google will list (display) the image on the top (or at least close to), however not in Teddy Pendergrass search.
And here is the very last about Teddy on Google Search; Google Trends and currently it’s sky-high, or better yet “1st most popular search in the past hour.” , “Hotness:Volcanic”
According to Google Trends - Hot Searches (USA), Teddy Pendergrass was listed number one and Haiti Earthquake Info on 10Th place.
Google is definitely improving in last 30 days or so.
